First of all, for those who haven’t met me, my name is pronounced like the company. I have worked in various aspects of the Christian publishing industry since 1989. A lot has changed since I started, and not all for the better, but I’m thankful that God still has a remnant of people who are being faithful to Him and His Word. Thank you for visiting my website. I learned to read by the age of 4, and my mom tells me that I proofread my first letter at 5 years old. She found me circling the misspelled words with a red pen like she used to do when grading my school papers. I am the oldest of six children, and my mother lovingly home-educated all six of us.

Since beginning my first editing job in high school, I have been proofreading and editing magazines, editorials, and books for over 35 years. I enjoy reading and writing, and I love spending time with my brother, sisters, nieces and nephews. I am thankful for the opportunity to have my own online bookstore. May God be glorified in everything I do.

This brings me to today. While I now work as an Assistant Editor with Master Books, I have also had my own proofreading business for over 11 years. As an independent contractor, I have been privileged to edit many books in genres ranging from education to theology to Christian fiction. My love of reading, coupled with the ability to carefully proofread, edit spelling and grammar mistakes, and to also make editorial suggestions that do not detract from your writing style gives my services the distinction of being able to take a good book and make it a great book.
